Terms & Conditions

We require a 50% deposit on all custom orders, with the balance due on completion and prior to shipping. Your deposit is non refundable if the order is canceled after 72 hours since materials have been ordered and work has begun.  Please note custom work is non-returnable.

Non custom orders can be canceled prior to shipping. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to the order.

Returns after shipping must be shipped back at customer's expense. Upon inspection, a credit is applied to the card holders charge, minus a 20% restocking fee.
